Working design consists of two stages:
Interior design (8 weeks)
1. Signing a contract.
2. Inventory of the premises.
3. 5 meetings in offices, shops and warehouses or on-site.
4. Preparation of a working design by an architect.
5. Preparation of a cost-estimate on the basis of selected materials.
6. Acceptance of the design, which includes:
- Functional interior design – planning functions of rooms with designation of the furnishing of
all rooms, - Building design showing internal partition walls,
- Designs of all essential internal systems in the form of guidelines for contractors,
- Electricity – planning of lighting and electricity points, suggestions for light fittings in
bathrooms and kitchens, in suspended ceilings, - A design of suspended ceilings and other gypsum-cardboard panels – a plan of suspended
ceilings, interior ornamental walls and decorative openings, - Floor system project – selection of materials, connection lines, decoration and other
ornamentation on floors, plans of staircases, - Wall design – colour planning, materials selection, fine plastering, structural plastering,
placing and selection of stucco decoration, ornamental cornices, ornamentation, facings and
wall finishing materials, - Bathroom and kitchen design – includes arrangement of all elements in kitchens and
bathrooms, water and waste drainage connections, wall covering plan, a plan of equipment
functions (domestic appliances, bathroom fittings and lighting), - Kitchen furniture design.
Renovation and construction work (10-12 weeks)
1. Signing a contract.
2. Building works according to the design.
3. Acceptance of works and signing an acceptance report.
